Good for entry level, repetitive sales with low pay

The company makes an effort to create fun company events and celebrations.

Cons

Immature, shallow sales environment that is more comfortable with their churn and burn turnover than they should be. Upper management and middle management only care about you if you make them money, so forget professional development. Otherwise you better get out of their way, feel comfortable as a number, and be prepared to find another place to work after a year or two. Be prepared for heavily fake relationships, with a few good eggs scattered throughout. Such a shame they claim to be “different” than other staffing firms, when they work the machine just as badly as the “toxic competitors.” This job will be your life, which is the unspoken expectation.
