Not a good place to start your career as a new grad

Coworkers were nice and supportive on a personal level.

Cons

-Minimal training — expected to perform without being set up for success. -Hires recent college graduates but lets them go quickly if they don’t hit numbers within a few weeks. -Overall poor leadership and unprofessional. Please advice! They sell the role as a great opportunity for new grads, but in reality, it feels like they cycle through people instead of actually building them up. Save yourself the stress and disappointment.

This is a great place to work, management is amazing and really takes feedback to heart and wants to help you grow both professionally and personally. A great work environment - an excellent mix of hard working individuals while also having fun and celebrating our successes.

Cons

Only con I can think of is possibly higher salary, but all in all it's a great place to work with so many pros.
