Pros

There truly are no pros.

Cons

This is the definition of a churn and burn company. I have never experienced micro management and inflexibility like I did here. This company prays on recent grads by selling them on a false narrative of what the position is only to have inconsistent standards across employees and play major favoritism. Management is extremely unprofessionalism and immature and this is well known. There is blatant disregard for employees work life balance as well as a very uncomfortable environment for new hires. They operate on an old school business model of baiting and switching recent grads and treating their employees as dispensable.

Lacks Diversity

Pros

Lucrative bonus checks, however you won’t see these until after about a year in the role.

Cons

I agree that you can make a lot of money in this role but at the same time you have to put in a lot of hours. So make sure that’s worth it to you. Top sellers are working from 7am-7pm some even until 9/10pm with no breaks. I’ve had managers reach out to me at 9pm to discuss candidate issues. There is zero work life balance and the culture sucks! You are literally micro managed every step of the way. There is an extreme lack of diversity in this company, most of this company is white and during my time it didn’t feel like they made an effort to diversy the company. Oh and say good bye to lunch breaks! Be ready to be on alert on days off and weekends if anything comes up with candidates. Literally the worst work life balance. This is an extremely stressful role. My advice is get in, gain the experience and grind something better!

Pros

There were zero pros to working there

Cons

Too many to count - micromanaging leaders, impossibly long hours where you're forced to eat lunch at your desk and are made to feel "less than" if you try to take an actual lunch break, awful company culture consisting of favoritism for a few and criticism of everyone else, etc.
