Pros

Most of the other recruiters were great people and fun to work with, you have potential to make decent money, access to a range of different job boards

Cons

Awful management, a lot of gossiping, unprofessional, difficult to focus on own work, constant micro-management, lack of privacy, constant stress, high turnover. Within my division, very few of the recruiters actually wanted to be there and dreaded coming into work on a daily basis. There was a lack of a team environment because management would pick and choose who she would support. Not somewhere I would recommend working.

Pros

Flexible work environment Good group of co-workers

Cons

Pay was low-they promoted that they had the best commission structure in the industry-but that is not the case at all. Back stabbing-lies- Metrics driven-thought they said they are not Managemeent thought they were untouchable and superior Expected long office hours
