      Pros

      Was good but after found out they sent "enhanced" resumes will never use them again.

      Cons

      Recently discovered they plagurized a resume they sent me. They told the person that I hired as a contractor they wanted to "get into the company" so they beefed up the resume. Added experience the person did not have and had incorrect education information. All came to light when I went to hire the person permanently and person gave me a current resume. I felt very betrayed by the agency and will NOT use them again for either contractor or permanent recruiting.

      Pros

      They found me assignments quickly, and with a fair amount of regularity. Am currently in an assignment that has been ongoing for over 3 months, and could become permanent. The staff I've dealt with have been friendly and responsive.

      Cons

      It's temping, so the pay is low. High/decent by temping standards, but still low for the work and environments involved.

      Pros

      It is a company based on positive reinforcement. They treat you with respect, give you your space to practice the methods that work for you, and reward success. From top to bottom they work to foster a "team" mentality - to inspire hard work, and to find success and value in fostering networking relationships. This people-driven approach is what they attribute their success to, and I've yet to see this contradicted.
