Pros

They met with me right away and seemed like they were giving me helpful resume advice.

Cons

After meeting with two of their employees, I left and never heard from them again. I tried emailing and calling, but no one would ever get back to me. In other words, they are totally fake and tell you exactly what you want to hear only to be completely blown off later. It's especially annoying when you see 100 posts everyday for jobs that you feel qualified for and yet, they will not return your inquiry.

Pros

Efficient in managing back office paper work and time reporting. Generally pleasant contracting agents.

Cons

In my region -- Georgia -- Beacon Hill seems to have become the staffing company that all of the employers who can't hire contract employees or retain them seem to gravitate to. I had two experiences with Beacon Hill clients that were simply brutal and unimaginable in today's working world. Don't walk from Beacon Hill. Simply run.

Pros

Fantastic group of employees, fun office culture, and a ton of perks. Great learning experience, ton of networking opportunities and serious earning potential. Flexibility with work schedule. Managers who genuinely care about your happiness and career development--they will say "what can we do" rather than showing you the door. There are opportunities to be mentored and mentor others, transfer to other offices, and grow. Employees are recognized and rewarded well for their efforts.

Cons

Smaller base salary--but that shouldn't be a con if you're right for this type of job. Hours can be more unpredictable than a typical 9-5. Can be some competitiveness between colleagues (but generally is positive and motivating in nature)
