Pros

Fun environment/great coworkers Ability to learn and grow with the company They take care of their employees Promote team building/great work outings Reward hard work and great work ethic Open communication Beautiful office/environment

Cons

It is a challenging job, but it keeps you on your toes. We are the only office on West Coast as of now. Very competitive market.

Pros

Surrounded by people that work hard and enjoy what they do Opportunity for upward mobility Rewarding compensation Talented team and reputation

Cons

Depending on your preference for type/size of company, the west coast office is a satellite office that is small. It is far from corporate over in Boston, but I think this could be viewed as a positive too!

Pros

Flexible work environment Good group of co-workers

Cons

Pay was low-they promoted that they had the best commission structure in the industry-but that is not the case at all. Back stabbing-lies- Metrics driven-thought they said they are not Managemeent thought they were untouchable and superior Expected long office hours
