Work Life Balance

Pros

Beacon Management has a good work life balance and has taught me a lot as a property manager. I have learned a lot and have had support from upper management the whole time. They also value their employees and have trainings throughout the year, fun events, and great benefits (medical, PTO, sick time, employee perks).

Cons

The company has some outdated software but is officially upgrading in 2026.

Positive and supportive leadership, amazing benefits, competitive wages, work-life balance, & don't forget the awesome company events, including employee appreciation!

Cons

I can't think of any at this time, but our office may or may not have TOO many snacks.
