Nice atmosphere, great product, love the employees

Cons

all locations are in the suburban areas of Michigan. If you live in Detroit, be sure to account for the drive. Low commission, and not enough pay to cover drive and cost of living.

The starting pay is nice for someone who has no experience, and they are willing to hire someone who has no previous experience.

Cons

Higher management is racist, disrespectful and is focused ONLY on sales and money. Completely disregards the safety of its employees. Low commission for pricing.
