Pros

You build lasting friendships with your coworkers, the team building is wonderful, the resident you serve are usually super grateful, it's very common to see people advancing in this company plenty of levels to advance to and they will even be help pay for additional schooling if you wanted to go farther.

Cons

Staff is unreliable and most people don't have the heart to work in a company like this. Most of the staff leave because they get burnt out for covering call offs or understaffing issues.

The care that Beacon provides to our residents is beyond what I've seen at any other care facility I've worked at. The relationships that staff have with the residents is one of the best and strongest highlights at Beacon. The caring nature and empathetic ways shows across-the-board from all departments.

Cons

Beacon can be very demanding emotionally. Self care is needed on days off.
