Other pros include: Mission-driven culture that guides decisions and daily work Leadership focused on development and collaboration Organization is growing and expanding to improve quality of care

Cons

As Beacon continues to grow and expand, there can be periods of change as processes and priorities evolve. The pace can be fast at times, which requires flexibility and adaptability, and communication may vary between teams during transitions. Overall, these challenges are typical of a growing organization and often come with opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Pros

I have worked for Beacon for a little over six years. I have experienced great team work, training in all areas needed, great support from management, program directors, AVP, and VP. Being the voice for others when they cannot be their own voice has been a very rewarding experience. Before I became a manager my previous manager was very flexible with the scheduled. I have also been very flexible with scheduling with my staff.

Cons

When staffing shortages occur it can be taxing on the staff and residents.
