Pros

None-this place is absolutely awful.

Cons

Everything. Poor leadership. They bully and harass people they don’t like and will retaliate if you report it. Training is poor, especially for the crisis clients they are taking on in Missouri. Employees are making well under the market rate for their positions and risk being physically attacked daily by clients. The C-suite leadership is completely detached from operations, so they may or may not even be aware that their goons are treating people so poorly. In Missouri, they fail to adhere to DMH and Medicaid standards, and when employees attempt to inform them of these standards and/or best practices, they are arrogantly dismissive. Placed on no-growth by DMH within their first year of service. Lost over a dozen clients and most of the senior leadership from an agency in Missouri that they acquired, all within the first year.
