My experience at Beacon has been amazing. I truly love working with all of the individuals we support—they make every day meaningful and rewarding. I also really enjoy working alongside my coworkers; they help create such a positive and supportive environment, which makes the job even better. I’ve been at Beacon for almost a year now, and I definitely plan on staying much longer. I’m grateful to be part of such a great team.

Cons

One con of the job is the long 12-hour shifts. They can be tiring at times, but the time goes by quickly when you’re busy helping and supporting others.
