Pros

Stepping stone to the "real world". Real companies don't have time for digging into people's personal lives then firing them.

Cons

District and regional managers are absolutely not interested in building the business or great customer service. They themselves have no class. They are unprofessional with no experience outside Florida. All drama. Favoritism towards certain managers schedules. Saw one manager at 200pm in publix. Shes aloud cause she has kids!

Experience. Other than that, I can't say that anything else is worth the time and effort that is spent trying to move up within the company.

Cons

Hidden agendas, lack of succession planning, uncomfortable working environments, and managers that don't care about your future. Avoid the marketing team if you can.
