      Pros

      Easy, no skill needed. 20% discount.

      Cons

      Management is belittling, condescending and abusive. They discriminate against anyone with an opinion or anyone who stands up for themselves. If you work here, you need to understand that you will be bullied, belittled, and abused. If you do not stand there and take it, they only grow more spite for their employees and retaliate by embarrassing you, and harassing you.

      Pros

      -You get to work with a great group of people. -There's opportunity to move between departments and learn new skills. -If you're hourly, you won't have to work more than 40 hours a week.

      Cons

      -The company does not value its employees. -Bealls makes questionable decisions and often shows poor judgement. -There's no correlation between work and pay. -You won't get offered a fair raise until you put in your notice and they get desperate.

      Nice staff flexible with shedules

      Cons

      No one has the same thing to say about how to do something. Not enough hrs yet always but always hiring more people say there is potential to move up but not really they hire outside of company, worked at 2 locations and same thing
