Nice location for main office being in Sarasota, Florida.

Cons

Needed to be friends with CEO or pretty to advance & get promoted. If you were either of these it didn't matter as you would be promoted to be head of a department of which you had no prior experience working in.

Low employee retention rate, most employees I knew were constantly on the hunt for a new job, low pay, too much work, dated systems, etc.

Pros

A relaxed environment where coworkers are patient with you. If youre just getting into customer service, this is a good first job. Allows you to establish yourself with speaking to people if you are not as confident in your abilities.

Cons

New implementations are not explained thoroughly, so you can expect to be placed into new systems with no explanation. Management will scold you over rules that have not been explained before, and I have experienced being spoken down to like I am unintelligent because of newly implemented rules that were never explained to me. Schedule is inconsistent and will update numerous times during a single week period, making it incredibly difficult to plan anything.
