I really can't think of any.

Cons

The way they pack shipments is totally unorganized and takes an excessive amount of time to organize in order to stock the store. Management expected to spend most of the time unloading trucks instead of managing business and customer service. Imagine receiving 400/50lb bins....Example of contents of each bin ( 10 belts, 4 wallets, mens underwear, 2 bras, perfume, artichoke hearts, nail polish, 2 pair of shoes,baby socks, 1 purse, 2 pictures frames, can opener, 4 cell phone covers) EVERY BIN IS LIKE THIS.... Management spends 90% of time separating merchandise in stock room instead of being on sales floor. EXTREMELY POOR WAREHOUSE PROCEDURES.;

I had awesome employees working for me. I learned a lot on how to be better manager...watching the other managers helped to know what I DID NOT want to do. Thankful for the job, I grew a lot as a manager and person in my time there.

Cons

Fellow managers stood or sat around talking or goofy off while I was left to carry the rest of the weight. Then they would talk behind my back all the time, saying I was the one that never did anything. Even though I was the one that had all my things completed. Moving up with the company means hard work and connections. If you don't have connections your not moving up.

Cons

Smaller company so you will be slightly under paid. Not to much to complain about.
