Management was ridiculously rude to employees and didn't care about them one bit. Customers were very unhygienic and dirty.

Low pay, long long hours, Very stressful, They say they care about employees but they don't, they make goals you can't possible attain, hard on their employees, dress code makes you shop at other stores because they don't sell the clothes they make you wear, Sometimes you work 8 hours before you even get a lunch then work more when you get back from lunch, many many extended hours at Holidays even open 24 hrs a day at Christmas. The management hates their job because of the pressure and they argue a lot. They transfer you to places you don't want to work at without asking you. They try and compete with other companies and they keep making you do things over and over because they keep changing their mind as to what they want. Raises come out in Oct and it is usually only about 25 cents. There is about 15 different things you have to ask each customer and customers get tired of employees asking the same thing.
