Pros

Somewhat of a relaxed environment, a last resort job if Mcdonalds doesn't want to hire you.

Cons

The way departments are run is really poor, especially in the Live Observation Control Center or LOCC. They don't see their employees as assets, but as expendable and they will remind you of that constantly. The management doesn't care about personal/work schedule balance. As long as the management have it in their lives, the rest of the employees are made to sacrifice personal time. This accounts for the high turn over as well as for many departments in this company. Favoritism is found in every workplace and it's hard to escape it. However, It's over the top, working for this company, especially in the Loss Prevention depts. If you are friends with the right person. You get the dream schedule and hardly ever have to worry about working hours that you don't want to work. This is specifically true for the Live Observation Control Center or LOCC.

Pros

Some of the co-works and managers are alright. The discount is ok.

Cons

You could be there for 15 years and no promotion.
