Good place to work

Pros

The store has a positive atmosphere with most employees wanting to be there. Management was friendly and helpful. I loved having such flexibility in my schedule.

Cons

Unfortunately there are often too few employees working. When I started there was ample staffing and customers loved getting individualized service. When I left so many hours had been cut from the budget that few of us worked at the same time.

Pros

If you need a really, really good laugh, and are willing to suffer a lot for it, you'll get one.

Cons

Senseless job threats, slave-driving, useless benefits, micromanagement, terrible time-off policies, unparalleled inefficiency and a malevolent lack of moral fiber. The worst part is this company thinks they're normal, or in some cases, leading edge.

very low pay, long shifts, never get to leave when you're shift is up, management is total chaos
