Pros

Ok health insurance offered but only if you are full time. Easy to do job, like most retail. 20% discount. Overall the job is not very challenging or demanding.

Cons

Offer to match contributions but only 3%. At the store I worked at, limited hours meant less people worked than it took to maintain the store. Limited forward progression. Training for positions is internal so if you have great supervisors/management you can learn a lot, if they aren't so great, your training may be lacking as well.

Pros

Friendly Associates, atmosphere is nice, can use employee discount or coupon, but not both. Regular customers.

Cons

Managers don't do much besides deal with harsh customers and bark orders at associates. Customers are rude. Behind with technology.
