      Sick company with poor training

      Pros

      *Most* of the people working there are fantastic and it feels like family. Mixture of age ranges working together.

      Cons

      Poor training, lack of communication, rare opportunity for advancement, "management training program" needs major improvements.

      Pros

      I met some really good people at Bealls and I have to have 20 words in this comment to post.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't know/care who you are. I worked 50 feet from the CFO and it took him a year to learn my name even though it was on my cubicle. And don't expect to be recognized unless you work 60 hours a week.

      I had great co-workers, gained helpful experiences, overall pleasant working atmosphere

      Cons

      It seemed like other than the co-workers I dealt with mainly throughout the day, everyone was out to lookout for themselves. To me, it didn't seem like everyone was willing to work together.
