Pros

Hour long lunches and getting to help customers find trendy clothes.

Cons

When it slows down right before we close, it tends to get boring.

Pros

There are really no pros at this store. Upper Management which is Loss Prevention, District Manager, Regional Manager, Human Resources and the CEO have no pros about them.

Cons

Upper Management does not care about anyone of the employees from the Store Manager down. The Loss Prevention is shoddy when doing an investigation not getting the full story only half of it and they think that it's on tape they know it all. Human Resources does not follow through with employees when they call in when terminated or other wise. District Manager always says I did what I was told to do without checking facts out. Regional Manager has been turned in several times by employees and still remains with company. Numerous years with very few almost no write-ups of great concern doesn't matter.

Pros

Everyday is different. You get to learn many aspects of the business once you're allowed in.

Cons

All political... you have to have someone in mgnt in your back pocket and do a lot of brown nosing to climb up the corporate ladder. You always get thrown under the bus so you always have to document everything and cover your @&# (CYA- which we call it at work). Lack of communication and training No clear sense of advancement if you're not over-aggressive and obnoxious It doesnt matter if you meet all of the requirements for advancement- you have to have an in with management MTP- doesnt actually help you move up
