nice sales floor staff, good discount

Cons

unfair treatment of managers, some people get ahead for kissing butt while others suffer, shift the blame to lower management for store manager incompetence

Pros

People were nice and easy to work with. A mix of very professional and some borderline individuals. Work load was fair - not too much, but not sitting there bored. Great starting out/entry level accounting position. Can learn a lot if you choose. Easy to keep to yourself, not a lot of office drama/politics.

Cons

Very varied mix of professionals and clock-watchers made for difficult communications at times. Some people want to work, others would rather not work. Annoyance at times that this is a family-owned business (nepotism).

Friendly work environment, management styles vary within organization so that gives you the opportunity to work under different types and senior management has a good focus/handle on what they're overall objectives for the company are for the future.

Cons

Employee morale, low pay, no outside support tools to better your job.
