unfair treatment of managers, some people get ahead for kissing butt while others suffer, shift the blame to lower management for store manager incompetence

Friendly work environment, management styles vary within organization so that gives you the opportunity to work under different types and senior management has a good focus/handle on what they're overall objectives for the company are for the future.

Cons

Employee morale, low pay, no outside support tools to better your job.

Pros

discounts,decent hours. decent training, employees help each other to not recieve criticism from management, and you get to work by yourself alot of the time.

Cons

If your young get ready to do anything involving bending,lifting,pushing and pulling. Work loads sometimes get out of hand, your gaurenteed to be exhausted so no social life. iregular hours one day you have to close the next you have to open. Management is never satisfied with you!
