Pros

Great work culture. Coworkers are really good people and a great deal of fun. Work can vary and have unique challenges which is enjoyable and allows constant learning. While pay is lower on average, benefits are very good.

Cons

Lower pay, lack of work/life balance, and internal workflow is difficult (though improving) and puts strain on employees. Disconnect between management and employees needs/wants.

The management is filled with down to earth & genuinely good solid people. Everyone was a joy to work with.

Pay was a little lower than average in the area but the benefits were great.
