Pros

Benefits like pto and insurance. My coworkers are awesome and the work schedule is very flexible.

Cons

The pay is not good. It feels like you don't have any real input in decisions management makes that will effect your job. They come of as a small company who cares a lot about their employees and wants to build a family like environment, but they are really no different than any other defense contractor. You're not going feel valued here. The engineers seem to get all of the love when there work brings in the same money if not less than the content developers. I wouldn't be surprised if management jumps ship and sells the company within the next few years.

Pros

My coworkers are great and the work schedule is flexible. There are cool benefits like a gym and game room, if that's something you want to spend your free time doing at the office.

Cons

Critical feedback is shrugged off by management and brushed off. Some of the people in higher positions don't seem the respect the input of others. The pay is not very good.

Pros

There are all kinds of good benefits such as PTO, holidays, snacks, free alcohol, catered food, & company events. The work is unique and lets you embrace your creative side in a way that you wouldn't be able to at other places. Business has been booming and financially the company seems to be on a great path, even if this growth isn't reflected in the pockets of their employees. It is a good sign for stability though.

Cons

The management isn't the best. They make decisions without the input of the vast majority of employees. When questioned why a decision was made, you're rarely ever given a straight answer. There is no clear path to being promoted. Don't take on this role if you're looking for career growth. Even the company doesn't know how you can grow. The pay isn't awful, but it's definitely not amazing. It's on the same level as an experienced retail worker. Some times it genuinely seems like the company cares more about displaying a good image to the outside world than they do about fixing the issues their employees face daily.
