They really care about the workers. As a first job for me out of college I couldn’t have asked for a better place to work!

Pros

I love my job, I love my company! Challenging, rewarding, I will ride off into the sunset on this horse!

Cons

Salary is low compared to industry but that has a lot to do with the location. Paybands are fair for the area.
