Pros

So far, Beast Code lives up to their stance of "People, product, profits, in that order". It has been a great place with a great culture.

Cons

My only downside is the length of my commute, but that isn't really a Beast Code issue. I do work hybrid, so that cuts down on my time spent in the car.

- Tons of opportunities to promote or change positions - Incredible benefits - Remote work - Professional development stipend - Great coworkers & fun work culture - Company continuously congratulates good work - Diverse workforce - Company always encourage the honing of your skills - HR team is trustworthy and fair

Cons

- Roles and responsibilities may differ than your actual job description. You are often asked to do tasks outside of your official position. Be prepared to learn new things and stretch yourself. - Work life balance is not always practiced.

Pros

Remote work - UTO - Snacks onsite - On-site gym - Company paid food truck - Lots of free alcohol to keep everyone docile.

Cons

Low pay - they will terminate for negotiating pay. Not enough lines in the sand regarding roles and responsibility - the top is toxic snake head - lots of nepotism, favoritism politics and strategic hires for otherwise lackluster hires - people are either dating each other/married, there are entire family trees working here that are back scratching each other to get ahead. - Did I mention lots of free alcohol?
