Pros

Nothing positive to share.

Cons

The company is run by a numbers-oriented man without thought, care or empathy for real hard-working people. The pressure to perform at unreasonable standards was intense. It's fight (or back stab) or flight (resign or get fired) here. If you're not "in" with the "right" people, then you're out the first chance they get to cut you. Mid-level management is quick to throw employees under the bus to save themselves. On top of all this, they build a terrible home. Cutting corners is the norm. Underpaying or failing to pay trade workers doesn't equate to quality work. I would not buy a Beazer home knowing what I know.
