It's difficult to find any positive things about working here. Outside of senior management many of the people are nice.
Cons
Massive turnover. I work in the corporate office in Atlanta and we lose people every week. It isn't just the lower level entry positions but we bleed officers, managers and directors at a frightening pace. Most of the turnover is due to the CFO who is prone to tantrums and while in the throes of these tantrums will make a decision to terminate an employee. The CEO is so arrogant and insecure that he will rarely admit when he is wrong. Instead he will question and badger someone to the point where he feels better about himself then belittle the person. All of this engenders a cutthroat environment where many people are quick to throw someone else under the bus simply for self-preservation. It also stifles creativity which is one of the reasons this company continues to struggle in a rebounding market while its peers are further along the path to recovery.
