Pros

Turn and burn environment that allows you to make money if you play the game. Benefits are decent but expensive.

Cons

Unprofessional work environment, inconsistent management, no leadership and zero emphasis on customer service. There is no quality control which leads to a below average customer service rating. Homes are ok, nothing special.

By far, the worst company I have ever worked for.

Pros

Offers a great product that could be easy to sell, if built right and on-time. A good resume builder, if you don't stay too long. A good choice if you don't look for much training, support, praise, or constructive feedback.

Cons

No clear career path. Lacks opportunities for growth and advancement. Arrogant, unqualified management. Extremely numbers-centered, though unable to interpret and analyze data. Beazer neither cares about nor understands how to achieve the best customer experience.
