Pros

Good Income and a Good Product

Cons

The company shows a lack of respect to its employees. Management makes split second decisions and moves employees from one community to the next without caring or thinking about how it is affecting them. The moving is not for sales reasons but due to Extreme favoritism. A lack of good judgement is apparent.

Pros

Great quality and home designs, excellent compensation package, excellent benefits

Cons

The Atlanta division is a hostile work environment with heavy attrition rate. The Division President needs to be removed in order for this division to be successful. They have had 4 VP’s since 06/2019, numerous Sales Managers, and a revolving door of sales people.

Pros

They build energy efficient homes

Cons

Lack of respect or pay to sales. Work every weekend and holiday. Get 2 days off per week such as Tues/Wed but expected to work those days as well. And don't even think about taking a vacation. Sales people do a great job in the field representing a company that couldn't give 2 hoots about their sales staff. Sales people are a revolving door with NO job security. Any fresh idea or suggestion is met with a NO. This company is very cheap. They have creative ways to cut pay while making you work 7 days a week. Plus, they made us drive all over the place with no gas help. Wherever you live, they make you drive to an area you don't know anything about. And they make you use your own cell phone with no reimbursements. I hear the corporate office is a nice place to work with good people - but no one in corporate cares or knows about the daily hell sales agents go through.
