Pros

Beazer prides themselves on choices; from floor plans, to mortgage options the product is fun to sell. Great systems and training available.

Cons

Poor land positioning and margins are the sole reason behind business decisions. Bullying, intimidation and micromanaging is the norm from management

Pros

Pros are escaping me right now.

Cons

New CIO has alienated the entire staff and adds little value except playing political games. He tried to throw one of his employees under the bus, and then fired that person for calling him out on it.
