Pros

Good medical benefits, pay, bonuses and PTO

Cons

CEO is toxic and unprofessional. I was fortunately never on the receiving end, probably because I am a woman and they are very careful about sexual harassment, however I could no longer bear witness to the barrage of insults and degrading rhetoric that came out of the company leader's mouth in division/corporate meetings. It is unprofessional and counterproductive to berate division presidents and VPs in front of their peers and their direct reports. A charismatic, empowering and cultivating leader he is not.
