Pros

Time off policy may be the only thing.

Cons

Survey after survey after survey (not sure if they are a survey company or in the business of selling homes) No loyalty to good employees who are good people. They consider everyone as replaceable except for their few favorites. Upper management barks orders through emails non-stop. They have big egos and “know it all” mentalities. Employees have NO voice in anything. Trust them as far as you can see them. They want to pretend the culture is really good and employees like it there but that’s so far from the truth. Employees don’t speak up because guess what will happen? Yep…you’re gone.

Pros

Unlimited flex time off Great insurance

Cons

The company as a whole says they value employee input, but the customer advocate department does not take part in this notion.
