      Great benefits and growth but no culture

      Great benefits and promotes growth! 401k, medical, dental, flexible time off

      Cons

      Promotes culture that only exists in some locations. Some divisions have a wonderful culture but others are micromanaged with no work life balance. Most employees need to work after hours to make sure the work is done.

      Pros

      Solid benefits package including flexible time off. The monthly calls with the CEO are interesting and insightful, and overall the company culture is positive.

      Cons

      Unlimited time off isn’t a benefit when you don’t have coverage and therefore are expected to cover your work on your days off. They need to plan for coverage so that people are not working 7 days a week. Leadership quality and competence is spotty; some are excellent but others are toxic, incompetent, or both. There are a lot of noticeable differences in the way departments across divisions are run. Lack of consistency in communication and expectations is a big negative.

      The Company cares about its employees. Because of employee survey, it has tried to make positive changes, such as unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Needs more people of color at the top.
