      Technology - Not the cutting edge. Some areas could use improvement, but can do your job.

      Pros

      A lot of PTO which you ll need to disconnect from the drama and bs that comes with position. Pay is ok.

      Cons

      Female division president has no idea what she is doing. Surrounded herself by former employees from another large builder to protect herself. Those chosen ( upper management) most aren’t qualified for their positions. Only placed there out of out of favoritism. Not enough time to build a quality home. Area managers don’t do their job and never follow company procedures unless corporate HQ Atlanta is visiting.

      Pros

      Great team, great benefits, beautiful new office, professional environment and a constant drive for improvement. Not sure what else I could ask for! Loving my job so far.

      Cons

      I have to learn to work on a PC when I have always worked on a MAC for my previous positions. They keep it pretty chilly in here :)
