Pros

Autonomy to work in your style without micromanagement Company gives all employees six weeks paid time off per year Direct access to senior leaders for any employee in the organization Respectful work environment Career-advancement opportunities

Cons

Lack of diversity at the senior level (corporate and divisions) Not a lot of cross pollination between departments - employees tend to keep their projects very close and don't seek the advice/opinions of others Salaries not in line with industry standards
