      Pros

      Good benefits and PTO. A lot of good employees working hard to achieve company goals.

      Cons

      The company tries to do the right things. But they fall short on execution. The CEO is an egomaniacal control freak who believes only he knows the right answer. He terrorizes people if they dare to speak up. The “anonymous” employee engagement survey is a joke - everyone MUST complete it and then they analyze to see who made negative comments

      Fired for speaking out to HR about manager abuse

      Its a paycheck and people need that.

      Cons

      I was fired for lodging a complaint with HR that my director was abusing her employees. I was told that I was "no longer beazer material" following an "investigation".

      There are no pros for me at this time

      Cons

      Dysfunctional environment. Its a good chance if your narcissistic, psychotic or a sociopath you will fit in, be rewarded, praised and keep your job. If you do what your supposed to do, respect the customers and complete your work you'll be a target and bullied and possibly lose your job.
