I would only work here as a last result if you have no other options. This is an extremely toxic and unprofessional environment

Smart colleagues. I think we are paid very well. Really flexible working environment.

Cons

From an underwriters perspective we aren’t very nimble. Really strict guidelines. Everything needs managerial approval.

Lack of leadership and weak management in claims

Free lunch when in office. Work from home.

Cons

The claims team is falling apart with 40% turnover. Complete lack of leadership and management and all the good people have left, leaving only the people who spend most of their time scheming, backstabbing, and lying. Desperate to keep up the years of lying, the people who remain are lashing out, playing the blame game, and reacting childishly.
