It used to be a great company, but now there is absolutely nothing positive about it.

Cons

Senior management treats employees like slaves. Last night, we were informed that the office would be closed today due to a server issue. This morning, on my way to visit my ill father a day early 4 hours away, I receive a text that we have to come in to work. I turned around and went in only to be yelled at for being late!!! I have been with the company for over 15 years! This is just one example of the heartless management that run a failing company. There are some senior managers who are brutal - you may be seeing some positive reviews, but these are most likely fakes. Good people are leaving this company FAST!! Morale couldn't be lower.
