40 Hours a week. Choice to take a schedule with every alternate Friday off with usual Weekend. Lunch hours and after walk is enjoyable here. Rest whole day is all work no masti and breaks. Few people still manage to take those breaks and tease others for not be able to take due to their manger's pressures. Mixed kind of people, office politics. Overall good environment if you focus on your work. Leaves are available easily, not much fuss is created.

Cons

Senior Managers don't help a victim, instead the person doing wrong is shielded. Little hard to adjust in such small campus if you have been in a big campus earlier where people take tea breaks often.
