My experience at Beebe was a positive one. I made some great friends and they have good benefits.

Cons

Too many software systems in place that do not talk to each other. You shouldn't have to log in to five systems to register one patient. Pay is way below what should be offered for what the position demands.

There are some good middle management positions and decent work-life balance for some departments.

Cons

Too many to list.. -The way the hospital is run is far behind the curve and stuck in the past -The HR department (like most in hospitals) actively attempt to undercut and shortchange you -Many of the Doctors and NP/PAs are very very bad at what they do and will not listen to any suggestions -It is not a team-focused hospital
