      Pros

      I enjoyed my time while working for Beebe. I felt I had good work life balance. I felt supported by my manager and truly enjoyed working with my coworkers. The doctors trusted me as a valuable asset and appreciated the work that went into this position.

      Cons

      The pay was subpar at best. I do not believe it is competitive with other facilities in the area and I do feel this position is underpaid by a substantial amount. I was one nurse for four physicians (where the ratio should be 1:1).

      Pros

      Healthcare will always be needed. People will never stop getting sick, hurt or needed medical care. Job security!

      Cons

      Healthcare has changed. Once upon a time, doctors made informed decisions about the test that they thought each person needed and how it might change the course of their care. Now, they order all the same test for a person no matter if they're 30 or 130. This is excessive, expensive and unnecessary.

      honestly not much Beebe employee morale is so low, all departments are working short staffed and just pushed to do more with less.....rarely get a true lunch hour, get to leave at end of shift, yet they worry about paying OTR

      Cons

      extremely short staffed in all departments except executive. Extremely top heavy of upper management with no care or worries about us "workers"
