Located in downtown close to stores and good lunch spots, typically has parking, decent benefits, some nice staff, good relocation assistance and sign on bonus

Cons

Horrible leadership, very poor orientation and organization, zero transparency, no covered lunch breaks, no patient ratios, poorly trained staff, polices and procedures not followed by leadership, HR department severely lacking in support for employee (not on your side, period), bad pay and no desire to inspire growth/change/innovation, favoritism/nepotism, bias all experienced here as an “outsider” or new member
