I work with a great team and great leaders in the People department at Beebe. We have made many positive changes in the past year and we always mix in some fun with the work.

Cons

Lots of changes but that is to be expected and what most healthcare organizations seem to be experiencing post pandemic.

I have been at Beebe for a little over a year now and the positive growth of the organization has been amazing. It is great to feel appreciated and know that the daily work I do is having a positive impact on the community we serve.

Cons

Doesn't have all the bells and whistles of new healthcare organizations but they do good work.
