Pros

Beeline gives its employees an all around great experience. You are able to contribute to nearly any department or project that you can get your hands on while working with intelligent hardworking individuals. Everybody works hard together.

Cons

The environment at Beeline is always moving. Getting a full grasp on what processes are in place and how everything fits together can be hard to grasp, but this is also what makes it an interesting always evolving job.

Culturally, Beeline is one of the best companies out there. More importantly Beeline has stayed true to it's culture while experiencing continuous growth and also a change in parent company ownership.

Cons

Tremedous growth requires additional focus on career path and employee develpment though continues improvements are being made.

I thought hard about this - I could say Beeline offers the ability to move into various roles (true), compensation is very good (true), diversity of positions (true), Beeline is always moving forward and is never holding still (true)...on and on. BUT, I think the single most important aspect about the company is that a new employee - fresh out of school, in their first real career role - can pick up the phone and dial up any of the upper management with an idea/concern. They will be listened to and get a real response back. It doesn't seem like much, but it really makes the difference between a good successful company, and a Long Term, Great, Top 10 Company.

Cons

If you don't work in Jacksonville Head Office, it still sometimes feels like you are on a bit of an island. BUT, they have been working hard to rectify this. Beeline isn't the only company in this day of remote business that have some struggles around this issue.
