      Pros

      The Beeline culture is amazing! We are a family that supports each other and communicates directly. I have been with Beeline for over 10+ years and am not alone. MANY members of the team have been with Beeline for 5+ years and longer. We are constantly challenged and given room to grow. Success is what you make it at Beeline.

      Cons

      Growth can be challenging at times. It is hard to slow down long enough to communicate thoroughly. Improvements have been made but there is room for more.

      Pros

      Management goes above and beyond to make sure they over-communicate. They are always mindful of the de-centralized business model, and do everything they can to make sure everyone feels like a part of the bigger group. Compensation is very fair, as are the benefits. The prices went up very little with no change in the benefits provided. The amount of PTO has to be one of the best in the country.

      Cons

      I don't have anything very negative to relate at all. One small thing would be more availability of outside training, for example...project management, Six Sigma, etc.

      Pros

      Autonomous work style allowing me to do the work the way I need in order to provide best in class service standards for our clients. Get it done attitude. Find a way mentality provides the opportunity to find alternate ways of doing things. Truly Global Organisation. Treading new ground and defining the future for our industry. We have an amazing team of people doing amazing work.

      Cons

      Salaried compensation is low for the type of work we do. Inter-Departmental communication lacking preventing a unified message and story. Mentorship programs lacking, this would greatly support the growth of strong leaders within our company. Company growing pains are difficult to manage and can tend to be reactionary. We need to do a better job of looking to and planning for the future to keep current organisational members challenged and happy while continuing to attract best in class candidates.
