      A company that has grown but kept its small company values and determination

      Pros

      The company is made up of really intelligent, "can do" people that you can count on to help out when it is needed. The culture is pretty laid back and allows for a pretty good balance of work and life outside of work. You are free to do your job without being bogged down by the typical corporate beauracracy that you find at most companies.

      Cons

      If your sole motivation is making a high salary, Beeline may not be the place for you. There are definitely higher paying companies out there with better benefits. It woud be hard to give up such a great work environment to go elsewhere, but the lure of bigger $$ can be very tempting.

      99.9999% of the people here are AMAZING!! It's just a fun place to work.

      Pros

      My co-workers are great!! The management is very approachable and friendly. Beeline is a very creative environment and pretty much 99.99999% of the people work hard. A lot of work places stress working as a team. Beeline doesn't; we just do it!

      Cons

      Salary .... The pay is not competitive with the market at all. Raises are few and far between. That is my ONE and only concern.

      The branding needs work to ensure we have market recognition - particularly outside the USA.
